The Palace of Castilfalé is known by this name in honor of its last owners. This solemn building, built in the middle of the 16th century, responds to the characteristics of the Burgos Renaissance. It is currently the headquarters of the Municipal Archive. 💡Curiosities Built on Fernán González Street, on the Camino de Santiago and in the most luxurious area of the Renaissance city, where the enriched and ennobled merchants located their residences. The Counts of Castilfalé bought the property in 1920 and carried out a transformation of the palace with a postmodern style that is noticeable today. 🗺 How to get there?
